PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN WEBSITE SUMBER BELAJAR VIRTUAL UNTUK STANDAR KOMPETENSI MERAWAT PERALATAN RUMAH TANGGA LISTRIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI JOOMLA.

Ø  ABSTRAK
The research aims to create a virtual learning resource website for standard household appliances care’s competency. The study was conducted in SMKN 5 Jakarta for Electric Power Installation Engineering Program expertise. The results based on the results of product feasibility test by media experts and media expert lecturers. The test results by students to aspects of appearance, the material aspect of the content, assessment practices and about the interactive video. From the results of research and the results of testing the students ,both received an average score that indicates the quality of virtual learning resource website is very good .

Ø  PENDAHULUAN
The world of education is currently facing the challenge of rapid globalization . It inimenunutut education in order to encourage and work on improving the basic skills to be a superior individual and have strong competitiveness appropriately . The existence of a central issue , namely the low quality of the quality and relevance of education to make education institutions , such as schools , are required to prepare the human resources ( HR) is competent . The teacher is no longer the only source of learning for students . With or without any teacher , learning can be expected to remain in place due to other learning resources . In a broad sense , learning resources (learning resources) is all kinds of sources that exist outside oneself ( the students ) and which allow ( facilitate ) the learning process . Changes in behavior as a result of learning is only possible interactions between the students with the sources .

             
Based on the above , the problems can be identified as follows :
1 . Was a good learning resources are needed to enhance the students' independence ?
2 . How to design and create a website using a virtual learning resource joomla application ?
3 . Could the virtual learning resource website developed and updated in accordance with the curriculum of engineering competence power installations ?
Of the various problems that have been identified above , the authors restrict pemasalahan on things that are pleasing to the design and manufacture of a virtual learning resource competency standard care for household electrical appliances using Joomla application . Based on the restriction of the above problems , the problem can be formulated as follows : " How to design and make a website a virtual learning resource for treating competency standard household electrical appliances using Joomla application ? " . The purpose of this research is to design and create a website source virtual learning competency standards of care for household electrical appliance based internet using Joomla application .


Ø  PEMBAHASAN
From the data analysis also get 70 % of the respondents agreed to the navigation buttons are good and a good book functions and the proper function of the guest book on the website of the virtual learning resource . Only 67 % of respondents who agree and strongly agree to fungsu good interpreters . This is because the facilities translator is not very related to the students' learning activities . However, 93 % of respondents expressed strongly agree on the disbursement function is good . This is because the melting function contained in the website source virtual learning greatly help them in finding a material that is only owned by keyword quickly . On the whole of the data analysis for the average score assessment of virtual learning resource website interactivity aspects scored 4.1 , which means very good . Furthermore, based on the data , 70 % of respondents agreed and strongly agreed to the explanation of concepts and theories as well as the appropriate division based on the type of material that facilitates student learning .of electric power transmission replacement as an interactive learning medium?"

Ø  KESIMPULAN
Based on the results of data analysis have been described previously , found that virtual learning resource website for competency standard care for household electrical appliances can be used as an alternative source of learning for vocational students , especially students majoring in engineering power installations .
                
In the implementation of the product due diligence has been done by the media experts found that aspects of the display , iformasi delivery , program navigation , search facility , cash material , video material , practice video , and interactive questions , have an average score of 82.8 % . Score of 82.8 % based on assessments by experts showed the media a virtual learning resource website for competency standard care for electrical household appliances otherwise very good .
                
The results obtained from testing the feasibility of a product that has been done by experts showed that the material aspects of the achievement of basic competence , quality of content, use of language , use of images , video quality practice , and about the quality of interactive , has an average score of 81.4 % . This shows matyeri quality content contained on the website source virtual learning very well and is in conformity with caring competence of household electrical appliances .
                
Furthermore, the feasibility of test data source virtual learning website made ​​by respondents consisted of 30 students of class X 5 Department of Electrical SMKN value obtained an average score of 4.0 , which means good .
Ø  SARAN
There is some suggestion that the author provides, among others are
1. Use of learning resources as well as teachers should be increased in order to keep abreast of technological advances in the world of education, especially for Vocational High School who have completed the orientation of approval to compete in the industrial world
2. The school should take an active role in the effort to improve the quality of the Education. Therefore, the required range of breakthrough, both in curriculum development, innovation, learning, and educational infrastructure.
3. Teachers as the main learning resource should be able to create a more innovative educational media that can motivate students to want to learn optimally.
4. Teachers can use virtual learning resource website for competency standard household electrical treat learning in the classroom.
